Requested Experience / Education
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES · 1-2 years in commercial refrigeration environment/boiler operation and or accredited education preferred · Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English · Demonstrated ability to perform basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentage calculations · Ability to pass a Prove It test · Working knowledge of NH3 refrigeration principles and understanding of plant refrigeration systems, electric and mechanical procedures · Ability to read and understand schematics · Mechanical ability to analyze production machinery and their function and repair · Willing to work weekends and various shifts · Ability to work with minimal supervision
Salary and Benefits
27.00 per hour 4 days on 4 off. Insurance after
Job Description Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned 1. Installs new equipment, repairs and modifies existing refrigeration/HVAC and boiler equipment. 2. Performs necessary preventative maintenance on all equipment up to and including rebuilding compressors.
