PSM and CalARP – Compliance and Safety Training – This week in Bakersfield, CA we had a strong group come together for PSM / CalARP compliance and safety training, with real conversations, real examples, and a lot of hands-on engagement throughout the room. From walking through process safety information and procedures to challenging each other on how these programs actually work in the field, the focus stayed on doing things the right way—not just on paper, but in practice. The participation was solid, the questions were honest, and you could tell everyone there is serious about protecting their people, their facilities, and the communities around them.
