Risk Management Program and Process Safety Manager (Remote Region Based)

6 years of progressive Risk Management Plan (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) experience.

Multi-site or regional RMP/PSM experience.

Strong knowledge of EPA RMP and OSHA PSM regulations.

Experience with PHAs, audits, and incident investigations.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Travel 50%+

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds).  The expected base rate for this role is between $110,000 – $170,000

The Risk Management Program and Process Safety Manager is responsible for the execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of the company’s Risk Management Plan (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs across multiple operating sites. This role ensures compliance with OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and other applicable regulations while driving consistent execution of company standards. The Manager partners with site and regional leadership to manage process safety risk, drive accountability, and support safe and compliant operations.
