– Must reside in the United States.
– Demonstrated knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems and OEM components.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
– Experience navigating ERP or order management systems.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Provide quotes to customers, assisting with part identification, compatibility, and availability.
– Receive and process incoming purchase orders with accuracy in a timely manner.
– Maintain communication with vendors to obtain order confirmations, correct errors, and provide accurate lead times to customers.
– Maintain accurate records, ship dates, and follow-up actions on open orders.
– Coordinate logistics and communicate tracking information to ensure timely delivery.
– Deliver excellent customer service and develop strong customer relationships.
– Respond to occasional after-hour emergencies.
