Hands-On RETA CARO Training

At Ammonia Refrigeration Training Solutions (ARTS), we believe understanding refrigeration goes beyond the classroom. During our RETA CARO training, students took their knowledge into the engine room, examining compressors, control systems, ammonia piping, and evaporative condensers and much more! These hands-on experiences help operators connect classroom instruction with real-world equipment, strengthen their understanding of system operation, and develop the confidence needed to operate safely and efficiently.
