Process Safety – Ammonia Refrigeration Training – We’ve been extremely busy lately — and that’s a good thing. Another Train-the-Trainer PSM class in the books. Long days, heavy binders, real discussions, and a room full of people who actually care about doing PSM the right way.

This isn’t checkbox training. This is digging into Process Safety Information, asking hard questions, sharing real facility experiences, and making sure the people responsible for PSM truly understand what they’re teaching when they go back to their sites. Watching students work through PSI, challenge each other, and prepare to train their own teams is why we do this. Strong PSM programs don’t come from paperwork — they come from people who understand the why behind it.
