Recently published in the December “RETA BREEZE” certifications test scores have increased compared to the previous release of results. ARTS Ammonia Operator 1 course is best suited for candidates taking the RETA CARO exam. ARTS Ammonia Operator 2 course is best suited for success for candidates taking the RETA CIRO exam. RETA exams promote industry health and safety
Passing CARO candidates outperform failing candidates by over 50 points in:
- Refrigeration fundamentals
- Safety Standards
- Procedures
- Evaporators
Passing CIRO candidates scored 70% hinger in “Liquid Overfeed Systems” and “Flooded Systems” compared to non-passing candidates.
CIRO candidates must improve in the electrical category for which 12 questions are asked.
Each study guide for each certification lists all references and support examination
A practice test is included in the registration fee, and we highly recommend you take advantage of this.
Most CIRO candidates do not know how or when to use the reference study guide.

RETA credentialing exams are challenging to protect the health and safety of operators, technicians, and every other person in or near an industrial refrigeration facility.
