RETA CARO Certification Training – Review Course Available

RETA CARO Certification Training. Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator (CARO is an entry-level examination designed to identify whether an operator has the basic knowledge to function safely in an engine room under supervision of more experienced operator.  There are no minimum experience requirements. We suggest, if taking this additional exam, to take after the Ammonia Operator 1 or RETA CARO Review Course.

Ammonia Operator 1 – This is the class that most operators and mechanics begin at.  This class will help ensure or help give confidence to operate and do basic maintenance tasks to an ammonia refrigeration system. We suggest that each candidate have at least six months experience doing rounds and basic maintenance needs working with a qualified operator before they attempt this course.  Minimum industry standard is at least this credential for operating and maintenance staff. Ammonia operator 1 class best prepares for the RETA CARO certification.
